During the seminar, Robert shared the latest digitalization trend and criteria factors on customer expectation, and how the enterprises be ready for the trends and the challenges with proven strategic solution. The presentation was received by nearly 80 HKIM’s council members plus the marketers across Retail, Catering, Property, Telecommunications as well as Banking industries.
